Recent News

Our clinic will be moving from 1704 Dorothy Place, Nashville, TN 37212 on Music Row to 5141 Virginia Way, Suite 230 – Brentwood, TN 37027.  

We will start seeing patients at the new office location starting August 10, 2026.

We are pleased to announce that NNPA is currently accepting new patients with immediate appointment availability, including Saturdays. Our expanded hours are part of our commitment to providing accessible and flexible care to meet the needs of our community. Whether you’re seeking help for mental health issues for the first time or looking for a new provider, our team is ready to support your journey to better mental health.

Enrollment is now open for our Fall and Winter group therapy sessions. Group therapy is a powerful way to gain support and insight from others who are facing similar challenges. These sessions are designed to foster a supportive community atmosphere where participants can learn, grow, and heal together. 

Adolescent Group (grades 8th – 12th) for teens dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, anger, ADHD and low self-esteem. Groups will begin mid-October and meet weekly on Wednesdays, 4:00 – 5:30

Young Child Group (ages 5 years to 8 years) for children struggling with dysregulation, ADHD, anxiety and social skills deficits. Scheduled to begin late fall. Running weekly on Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:30.

Middle School Group (grades 5th – 8th) for pre-adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, anger, bullying, ADHD and low self-esteem. Middle School groups will begin in January and meet weekly on Tuesdays, 4:00 – 5:30.
